Splash Inn Nuevo Vallarta & Parque Acuatico, Nuevo Vallarta

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and clean with a nice balcony, but the bright lights outside that stayed on all night were a little annoying. The attention to detail with water bottles and Hershey's Kisses chocolates was a nice touch, though. The location was convenient for some activities but not ideal being right beside the highway. The service was friendly and helpful, especially with navigating the bus system, but the communication at the check-in regarding internet issues was a bit confusing. The dining experience was decent overall but had its flaws, such as late starts and limited options at times.
